Meetings

The Board of Directors meets monthly on the third Monday at 2:30 pm at Winona Health (Acorn Room) to discuss current issues and strategies. Anyone is welcome to attend. See the upcoming meeting details

Program Team meets as-needed at various times and locations to plan community events and campaigns throughout the year. This team focuses on event planning and helping with activities. You can help out with one or more projects, and team members work around each others schedules.

Education Team meets as-needed at various times and locations to organize and host training opportunities in the community. This team focuses on creating and providing educational events throughout the year. You can help out with one or more projects, and team members work around each others schedules.

This year, we are forming two new work groups:

T21 (Tobacco 21) Team – This team will meet regularly over the next 12 months to formulate and implement a plan to raise the legal tobacco age to 21. Team members will meet as-needed, and work around each others schedules.

Sustainability Team – This team will meet over the next 12 months to work on sustaining the alliance by helping obtain grant funding. Team members will meet as-needed, and work around each others schedules.
