Students are invited to show their school and community how they take care of their mental health. Maybe that’s an activity they do, positive thing they focus on, people they talk to, or a place they go.
This year’s theme is: “Vaping does not help with my mental health, ____________ does!”
Students should illustrate how they take care of their mental health instead of vaping through an art form of their choice. See full list of art forms allowed under “Eligibility” below.
Students must submit a file (photo, video, audio) of their work through our ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM by 1/20/23.
Any student in Winona County in Grades 6-12.
Artwork can include: drawings, paintings, sculptures, metalwork, photography, graphic design, videography, or musical pieces.
One student will be selected from each grade (6th-12th) and
awarded a gift card ($25-$30 value). Winning artwork will also be displayed in each school and around the community.
Winners will be selected based on uniqueness & originality, concept selection, complexity, and quality. Artwork will be reviewed and scored by members of ASAP through anonymous voting.
- Students are allowed to submit only one piece of artwork.
- Artwork must be related to this year’s theme.
- Artwork does not have to contain the words of the theme.
- Artwork should not contain any profanity or inappropriate
images or words that would also violate school policies. - You may only submit your own artwork, not someone else’s.
Artwork must be submitted by Friday, January 20, 2023.
December 1, 2022 – Students may begin submitting artwork
January 20, 2023 – Submission deadline
February 1, 2023 – Winners will be announced
